StateShiftIQ is currently being tested with selected industrial wastewater suppliers. This page explains how information submitted through the validation site is used.

Information we collect

When you submit a facility for analysis, we may collect the facility or company name, location, your company name, work email address, and the product or service capabilities you select.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to assess the commercial relevance of the named facility to your business, prepare and return a StateShiftIQ facility analysis, improve the validation experience, and understand whether the service is useful to prospective customers.

Confidential information

Please do not submit confidential customer information, CRM exports, commercially sensitive notes, personal data about third parties, or information you are not authorised to share. A public facility or company name and location are sufficient for the validation service.

Public market intelligence and private submissions

StateShiftIQ may independently research the same public facility for more than one customer. Your private submission details, targeting choices, notes and sales activity are not intended to become shared market intelligence for other customers.

Hosting and form processing

This validation website is hosted using Netlify. Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms and may therefore be stored and processed by Netlify as part of providing the hosting and form service.

Retention and deletion

During validation, submitted information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to complete the analysis, evaluate the service, maintain a record of validation results, and meet applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of your submitted information.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit a facility. If you do submit one, you may ask for access to or deletion of the information you supplied, subject to applicable legal requirements.
